color: #0000ff;\">2017\u5e74\u7f8e\u56fd\u5e73\u5747<span>\u6bcf\u5929<\/span>\u8fdb\u53e3\u77f3\u6cb9\u5927\u7ea61008\u4e07\u6876\uff0c\u51fa\u53e3\u7ea6634\u4e07\u6876\uff0c\u51c0\u8fdb\u53e3373\u4e07\u6876<\/span><\/a>\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u4ece\u8fdb\u53e3\u77f3\u6cb9\u60c5\u51b5\u770b\uff0c<span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">\u52a0\u62ff\u5927\u662f\u7f8e\u56fd\u77f3\u6cb9\u7684\u4e3b\u8981\u8fdb\u53e3\u6765\u6e90\u56fd<\/span>\uff0c\u5360\u7f8e\u56fd\u603b\u8fdb\u53e3\u91cf\u7684\u56db\u6210\uff0c\u8d85\u8fc7OPEC\u6240\u670914\u4e2a\u6210\u5458\u56fd\u7684\u8fdb\u53e3\u91cf\uff0cOPEC\u5bf9\u7f8e\u8fdb\u53e3\u5360\u77f3\u6cb9\u603b\u8fdb\u53e3\u91cf\u768433%\u3002\u4ee5\u4e0b\u662f<a href=\"https:\/\/www.eia.gov\/tools\/faqs\/faq.php?id=727&amp;t=6\" target=\"_blank\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;
