Exchange\uff09\uff0c\u5141\u8bb8<strong>\u4e2a\u4eba<\/strong>\u548c<strong>\u4f01\u4e1a<\/strong>\u5728\u653f\u5e9c\u7684\u533b\u7597\u4fdd\u9669\u5e02\u573a\u4e3a\u4e2a\u4eba\uff0f\u5bb6\u5ead\u548c\u4f01\u4e1a\u5458\u5de5\u8d2d\u4e70\u533b\u7597\u4fdd\u9669\u3002\u79c1\u4eba\u533b\u7597\u4fdd\u9669\u516c\u53f8\u5728\u653f\u5e9c\u7684\u533b\u7597\u4fdd\u9669\u5e02\u573a\u51fa\u552e\u9488\u5bf9\u5f53\u5730\u5c45\u6c11\u7684\u4fdd\u9669\u4ea7\u54c1\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u5e73\u4ef7\u533b\u7597\u6cd5\u8981\u6c42\u7f8e\u56fd\u516c\u6c11\u3001\u7eff\u5361\u79fb\u6c11\u3001\u4ee5\u53ca\u5176\u4ed6\u7684\u7f8e\u56fd\u5408\u6cd5\u5c45\u6c11\u5fc5\u987b\u53c2\u52a0\u7b26\u5408\u6cd5\u5f8b\u89c4\u5b9a\u7684\u533b\u7597\u4fdd\u9669\u3002\u6ca1\u6709\u53c2\u52a0\u533b\u7597\u4fdd\u9669\u7684\u4e2a\u4eba\uff0c\u6216\u8005\u7b26\u5408\u6761\u4ef6\u7684\u96c7\u4e3b\u4e0d\u63d0\u4f9b\u533b\u7597\u4fdd\u9669\uff0c\u653f\u5e9c\u5c06\u7ed9\u4e88\u7f5a\u6b3e\u3002\u8fd9\u662f\u5e73\u4ef7\u533b\u7597\u6cd5\u7684\u4e2a\u4eba\u5f3a\u5236\u6761\u6b3e\uff08Individual Mandate\uff09\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u4e3a\u4e86\u5e2e\u52a9\u4e2d\u4f4e\u6536\u5165\u7684\u4e2a\u4eba\u548c\u5bb6\u5ead\u8d2d\u4e70\u533b\u7597\u4fdd\u9669\uff0c\u7f8e\u56fd\u653f\u5e9c\u4e3a\u901a\u8fc7\u533b\u7597\u4fdd\u9669\u5e02\u573a\u8d2d\u4e70\u4fdd\u9669\u7684\u4e2a\u4eba\u548c\u5c0f\u4f01\u4e1a\u63d0\u4f9b\u8865\u52a9\uff08subsidies\uff09\u3002<\/p>\n<p><img benefits\uff09\uff0c<strong>\u5305\u62ec<\/strong>\uff1a\u533b\u751f\u670d\u52a1\u3001\u6025\u8bca\u670d\u52a1\u3001\u4f4f\u9662\u3001\u5b9e\u9a8c\u5ba4\u68c0\u67e5\u3001\u5904\u65b9\u836f\u3001\u6bcd\u5a74\u4fdd\u5065\u3001\u513f\u7ae5\u7259\u79d1\u548c\u89c6\u529b\u3001\u9884\u9632\u533b\u7597\u548c\u6162\u6027\u75c5\u7ba1\u7406\u3001\u7cbe\u795e\u536b\u751f\u670d\u52a1\u3001\u5eb7\u590d\u533b\u7597\u7b49\u3002\u4fdd\u9669\u516c\u53f8\u53ef\u4ee5\u589e\u52a0\u5176\u5b83\u7684\u533b\u7597\u670d\u52a1\u9879\u76ee\uff0c\u4f46\u5fc5\u987b\u5305\u62ec\u4e0a\u8ff0\u7684\u6700\u57fa\u672c\u533b\u7597\u4fdd\u969c\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u5728\u533b\u7597\u4fdd\u9669\u5e02\u573a\uff08Health Insurance Exchange\uff09\u51fa\u552e\u7684\u533b\u7597\u4fdd\u9669\u8ba1\u5212\u901a\u5e38\u88ab\u79f0\u4f5c<strong>\u91d1\u5c5e\u8ba1\u5212\uff08Metal Plan\uff09<\/strong>\u3002<strong>\u4e3b\u8981\u5305\u62ec\u56db\u5927\u57fa\u672c\u7c7b\u522b<\/strong>\uff1aBronze Plan\uff0cSilver Plan\uff0cGold Plan\uff0c\u548c Platinum Plan\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u8fd9\u56db\u79cd\u4e0d\u540c\u91d1\u5c5e\u7c7b\u522b\u4fdd\u9669\u8ba1\u5212\u7684\u4e3b\u8981<strong>\u533a\u522b\u5728\u4e8e\u533b\u7597\u8d39\u7528\u5206\u62c5\u6bd4\u4f8b\u7684\u4e0d\u540c<\/strong>\u3002\u5b83\u4eec\u90fd\u5fc5\u987b\u63d0\u4f9b\u6700\u57fa\u672c\u7684\u533b\u7597\u670d\u52a1\uff0c\u4f46\u6ca1\u6709\u89c4\u5b9a \u63d0\u4f9b\u66f4\u591a\u7684\u533b\u7597\u4fdd\u969c\u9879\u76ee\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u5982\u679c\u662f\u540c\u4e00\u4fdd\u9669\u516c\u53f8\u63d0\u4f9b\u7684\u4ea7\u54c1\uff0c\u901a\u5e38Bronze Plan\u7684\u4fdd\u9669\u8d39\u6700\u4f4e\uff0c\u4f46\u4e2a\u4eba\u5206\u62c5\u533b\u7597\u8d39\u7528\u7684\u6bd4\u4f8b\u6700\u9ad8\u3002\u800cPlatinum Plan\u7684\u4fdd\u9669\u8d39\u6700\u9ad8\uff0c\u4f46\u4e2a\u4eba\u5206\u62c5\u533b\u7597\u8d39\u7528\u7684\u6bd4\u4f8b\u6700\u4f4e\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u53c2\u52a0 Bronze Plan \u4fdd\u9669\u516c\u53f8\u5c06\u62a5\u9500\u5176\u4fdd\u969c\u533b\u7597\u670d\u52a1\u8d39\u7528\u768460\uff05\uff0c\u4e2a\u4eba\u652f\u4ed840\uff05\uff1bSilver Plan
